They replaced my whole electric push lawn mower even though the damage wasn't covered under warranty and was user error. Best warranty phone experience, went straight to a real person. No robot on the phone.

Purchased a Sun Joe cordless pole saw a number of years ago. Haven't used it much. Took it out this year and it fails to shut off when the trigger is released. Have to pull the battery out to stop it. It is out of warranty. Took it apart to test the switch, good. It has a small controller board in it that must be blown. Contacted the company to get a replacement board. Out of warranty and unavailable. Basically junk now, no parts available. Can't even get a schematic for the logic board. Cheap junk, when it breaks can't fix or get parts. Suggest buy a brand that you can get parts for.

I had issues with leaks with my sun joe 2688-max. I talked to Lyn from cust.serv. she was very professional and helpful from the start. My problem was solved without any hesitation . Thumbs up to lyn

This is second time my hand trimmer broke. The first time customer service was great, they sent me a new trimmer and I then returned the broken unit in the box provided. However, the second time they are telling me that I need to return the broken item before they send me a new one. They want me to return all the items which includes the 36-inch extension arm. I am having difficulty finding a box to fit the entire product. I just hope I can get the replacement unit before they go out of business.

Bought a snow Joe snow blower on HSN. First one they sent was missing parts. HSN sent me right out a replacement and that one the there wasn't a battery in it. It was a mess and if they're very very poor product but because I dealt with HSN they were great with customer service and replacing the product and and I returned it but I would advise Never by any of their products they're horrible you might just as well flush your money down the toilet

Before you read, DO NOT buy ANYTHING snowjoe brand!! If I could give this company ZERO stars I would! This is the worst company to deal with when it comes to warranty. I have been dealing with this company since April! My pressure washer was given to me as a Christmas present and I only got to use it one time and during that one time use the motor stopped working. Returning it was no problem because of course they want their product back. Not only was I promised a refund check from this company in April they sent me ANOTHER pressure washer a month later, when I specifically told them I didn’t want another piece of crap pressure washer! All I wanted was my money back! So then I had to return the item back to them because of their stupid mistake! Here it is August 10th have returned 2 pressure washers to this company and still waiting on a call back from a supervisor and my refund check!! I am fed up with this company and if I don’t receive a call back today I will be filling a lawsuit against this company that can barley speak English. I would never recommend anything snowjoe brand to anyone!! IT IS THE WORST!!!!

Sunjoe took payment for a snow blower and never delivered it. I called customer service (several times plus numerous emails) to get my money back and they said the ONLY way I can get my money back is to the return the product..., which I don't have !!!
They just made US$350 and there is nothing else I can do!

I bought a snow blower, model SJ627E and found out that Snow Joe doesn't keep replacement parts. I need a scraper blade since our first show storm in January and they are still out of stock. Without a replacement blade, the snow blower will not work. It is best not to buy their snow blower. Save the money and use a shovel...

BE " VERY CAREFUL " BELIEVING WHAT THEY EMAIL YOU! HAD LATEST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM " HAVING ABOUT 5 DIFFERENT " PEOPLE EMAILING SAYING THEY WOULD SHIP OUT A WARRANTIED PRODUCT. " ONLY " TO FIND OUT THEY WERE NOT. OVER ABOUT 10 EMAILS BACK AND FORTH, A WEEKS WORTH OF B.S.. " F" THEM. terrible way to show appreciation to a disabled vet.
